How does the system work?

| 2 | On the second page of the quoting process, tick the box in the section titled "Pre-existing medical conditions" at the bottom of the page. |
| 3 | Click "proceed" to continue to the next page, where you can declare medical conditions. |
| 4 | Fill in the names and dates of birth for each individual declaring pre-existing medical conditions and click the "add" button to choose the relevant condition(s) from the drop down list. Please note that all pre-existing medical conditions must be declared, and we can only cover you if all of your conditions are accepted. |
| 5 | You will then be guided through the medical screening process and follow the instructions on your screen. If you have finished declaring all pre-existing medical conditions, click "finish". |
| 6 | Follow the instructions on your screen and you will be provided with a quote. If you're happy with the quote, you can then purchase your travel insurance policy online. |
