Sunburn is often an unpleasant side-effect of jetting off somewhere warm.

You arrive at your destination feeling happy, and ready to go. The pool's there, you've had your first Fanta Lemon, and you can't wait to stretch out in the sun. 

However, it's vital that you don't forget your suncream - and remember to top it up liberally and often. Sunburn isn't just a nuisance - it's a health hazard, and the effects stay with you long after your holiday ends.
