It’s always lovely to receive letters and emails from our customers, especially when there is a happy ending to what has been a difficult holiday experience.

Here is a selection of some of the recent communications we’ve received.

A mother’s worst nightmare:

'I would just like to thank you for all your help with this case; you really couldn't have handled it better. Your calm efficient voice keeping me informed helped me enormously to deal with the situation, and is just what a mum needs when she receives a text saying 'In hospital in Vietnam on a drip!'.  Thank you so much, your efforts are much appreciated.'  K. Zero excess option:
