If any of my group were to lose their passport what happens?

Your policy provides an amount for reasonable and necessary expenses incurred abroad in obtaining a new document (you should check your policy for the amount of cover provided). However, the policy does not recompense you for lost holiday time. If a passport goes missing, the incident should be reported to the police within 24 hours of the loss or theft occurring, and a written report should be obtained from them – you will need this to make a claim.
