Hasting Direct Winter 2011 Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

  • All customers getting a Hastings Direct travel insurance quote between 1st January 2011 and 31st March 2011 using promo code PRIZE11 via the call centre will be entered into the prize draw.
  • The prize is Digital Camera worth up to £200.
  • The prize draw is open to everyone aged 18 years and over and, legally resident in the UK, other than employees and the immediate families of Columbus Travel Insurance Services Limited and Hastings Direct (or any other company connected with this promotion).
  • Closing date for entries is 11.59pm on 31st March 2011. The prize draw will be held on 2nd May 2011. The Prize winner will be notified no later than 31st May 2011 by email or phone and we will use the number and email address supplied in your entry or held on our database if you are a policy holder. The notification will include details of how the prize can be claimed. If a prize remains unclaimed for more than 1 calendar month after notification was sent a further prize draw will take place for that prize.
  • Only one prize will be awarded. There is no cash alternative and the prize is not transferable. The promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or higher value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
  • We reserve the right to publish the names and counties of prize winners. Winners may also be required to take part in promotional publicity including a photographic shoot and an interview.
  • The decision of the promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the prize draw. The promoter reserves the right to check the validity of any entry. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are incomplete, delayed, damaged, wrongly delivered or not received for whatever reason.
