1. The promoter of this prize draw is Columbus Insurance Services Ltd, trading as Columbus Direct, registered in England, whose registered address is Cutlers Exchange, 123 Houndsditch, London, EC3A 7BU (referred to as the “Promoter”).
    2. To enter the draw, entrants must complete Promoter’s online customer survey at https://columbus.cvent.com/d/n4q2b8/3B. Internet access is required.
    3. Entrants must be over 18 years old.
    4. The prize draw period is from 09.00am (GMT) 06/03/2015 to 11.59pm 30/05/2015 (the “Prize Draw Period”). The closing date for entries into the draw is 11.59pm (GMT) on 30/05/2015. Only fully completed entries received within the Prize Draw Period will be entered into the prize draw.
    5. The prize is an Apple iPhone 6 16GB (handset only) (the “Prize”). The Prize will be sent by recorded delivery to the winner. The Promoter accepts no responsibility and no liability will be accepted by the Promoter if the Prize is lost or damaged whilst in transit to the winner.
    6. Entry to the prize draw is free but entrants should be aware that they may be subject to local call charges depending on their own individual arrangements for Internet access. Entries must be made in accordance with these terms and conditions.
    7. Entries are limited to one per person.
    8. The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entrants received.
    9. Participation in the prize draw is open to only residents of those jurisdictions where such participation is legal and not prohibited. Participation in the prize draw is void wherever prohibited by law.
    10. The Promoter makes no representations or warranties, implicit or explicit , as to your legal right to participate in the prize draw nor shall any of the Promoter’s employees, licensees, distributors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, agents or retailers have the authority to make any such representations or warranties.
    11. Your participation in the prize draw is at your sole option, discretion and risk.
    12. You should hold the Promoter, its employees, officers, directors, licensees, distributors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies harmless and shall fully indemnify the same from any and all costs, expenses, liabilities and damages whatsoever that may arise as a result of (i) your entry into the prize draw or (ii) your acceptance of the Prize. For the avoidance of doubt, under no circumstances will Promoter be liable for any breach of state or country law that may occur as a result of your participation in the prize draw.
    13. The Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for loss or damage arising from an inability to enter the prize draw due to computer failure, viruses, bugs and other such similar causes, lost, delayed or incomplete entries howsoever arising.
    14. Entry to this prize draw is dependent upon the entrant entering the survey via online access not under the ownership or control of the Promoter. The entrant accepts and acknowledges that the Promoter has no liability for loss or damage arising from the entrant interacting with those third party computer systems or similar or any failure, bug, error, corruption or virus in or caused by those third party computer systems or similar.
    15. No responsibility is accepted by Promoter for lost Prize and proof of dispatch will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
    16. Employees of the Promoter, The Collinson Group Limited or any of its sub-contractors, subsidiary companies, agencies or their families are not permitted to enter.
    17. No purchase necessary to enter. No entries from agents, third parties, organised groups, syndicates or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete, corrupted entries or entries from multiple accounts will be accepted. In the event of this clause being breached, the entrant will be disqualified and any Prize awarded will be void. Any malicious or manipulative attempt to influence the Prize will result in disqualification at the sole discretion of the Promoter. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or incorrect, illegible, fraudulent or other invalid or improper information has been provided, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, refuse to fulfil the Prizes.
    18. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for the purpose of verifying the eligibility of an entry and the Prize may be withheld until and unless the Promoter is satisfied with the verification. The winner will be notified by email within 30 days after the end of the Prize Draw Period.
    19. The Prize is awarded conditionally upon acceptance and, if the winner is unable to be contacted after 30 days, or if the Prize is unclaimed or declined within 30 days, at the Promoters’ absolute discretion, the Prize shall be deemed as unclaimed or unaccepted and a supplementary winner may be drawn from the eligible entries that were received before the end of the Prize Draw Period.
    20. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding on the entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.
    21. The Prize is not transferable and is non-negotiable. No cash or credit alternatives will be offered.
    22. The Promoter reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of similar value should the specified Prize become unavailable for reasons beyond its control.
    23. The Prize will be posted to the winner by recorded delivery. The Promoter accepts no responsibility and no liability will be accepted by the Promoter if the Prize is lost or damaged whilst in transit to the winner.
    24. In the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of the prize draw, including the allocation of more prizes than are available, the Promoter reserves the right to end or suspend the prize draw; amend these terms and conditions; declare void the notification of winner(s); and/or to allocate available prizes by conducting a simple draw from all wrongly allocated winners.
    25. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the prize draw and/or review and revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice and, by continuing to take part in the prize draw subsequent to any revision of these terms and conditions, entrants shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
    26. By entering, all entrants grant to the Promoter the right to publish their name and location for publicity, research and news purposes but, under no circumstances, will the entrants’ personal data be published without prior written permission from the entrant.
    27. The Promoter reserves the right to retain any data gathered via the prize draw but this will be done in strict accordance with data protection regulations.
    28. Entrants' data will be collected, stored and processed for the purposes of administering and assessing the prize draw and to keep the entrant informed of selected products, services, free offers, discounts and relevant news available from The Collinson Group.     29. The name of the winner may be obtained by sending a signed request along with a stamped self-addressed envelope detailing your request to Marketing Manager, The Collinson Insurance Group, Cutlers Exchange, 123 Houndsditch, London, EC3A 7BU.
    30. All and any promotional materials and instructions provided at the point of entry form part of these terms and conditions and, in the event of a conflict, these terms & conditions take precedence.

This prize draw and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be governed by English law. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the prize draw or its formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
    32. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
