Terms and Conditions
| 1. | The claim form entitles you to a Leisure Club Day Pass for two people at participating venues. Full use of the facilities including the gym, pool, steam room, sauna, Jacuzzi and complimentary use of towels for the day (where available) is included. |
| 2. | The Pass also gives you and your guest the opportunity to join the Leisure Club and pay no membership joining fee. Membership must be completed on the same day as the Pass is used. |
| 3. | Advanced reservations are required by calling the number stated on your Leisure Pass. |
| 4. | Individual Leisure Club terms and conditions will apply. Facilities may vary so please contact your selected venue for details |
| 5. | Lost, stolen, destroyed or expired claim forms cannot be replaced. |
| 6. | The validity date stated is the date by which claims for Leisure Passes must be received. |
| 7. | The claim form is not transferable and cannot be resold. |
| 8. | Supplements may be payable at selected Leisure Clubs. |
| 9. | Participating locations are subject to change. |
| 10. | If necessary, Fresh Rewards may vary these terms and conditions and we will endeavour to give you as much notice as reasonably possible. Any variations will not affect any confirmed bookings. |
