PLAN FOR THE UNEXPECTED

After returning from a rather drunken night out in Greece one customer found he had misplaced his keys. Having spotted that the window of his apartment was open he decided to climb through, only to be met by a six foot fall and a broken leg. To make things worse he discovered the key had been in one of his pockets all along!
