On arrival at a hostel in the outback, two customers ended up roughing it during a storm when nearly all their clothes were ruined

Why were they sleeping outside during the storm? On checking in at the hostel reception, one of the young men spied a gorgeous girl sitting in the lobby. ‘She's beautiful. Can you arrange to introduce me to her?' He said to the hotel owner across the desk. The man turned out to be her father.
