We're delighted to announce that Chemmy Alcott and The Arctic V have made it to Greenland safely - and today's the first day of The Arctic Circle Race; the challenge they've trained so hard for.
Over the next few days, the group will cover 160km (that's over the distance of a marathon a day), and they'll be cross-country skiing in temperatures as low as -35ºC. They'll be living off pre-packed rations and sleeping in tents in the snow. It's fair to say it'll be no picnic - but it's an experience they'll never forget, and well be right behind them.
Our live, interactive tracker map will show where the group are, and how far they've travelled. We'll also post any text updates that the team send through with their location.
