We love to travel, and you do too - and let's face it, we've all been bitten by jet lag in the past.

It's a touchy subject; a million internet forums advise ways to beat the dreaded fatigue and illness that can hit days after you land, and we've tried to shed some light on how you can prevent feeling poorly after a flight before.
