How many people can I put on a single policy?
Got a big family? We’ve got some great news for you - we allow a maximum of 6 people. In case you’re wondering, a family is defined as two adults and a maximum of 4 children, as long as they are under 18. If your kids are in full-time education, they’ve got to be under 23 to be classed as a child.
What about annual multi trip cover?
We’d definitely recommend annual travel insurance, as it’s a great way to make sure you’re protected all year round. We’re happy to provide this for families, for up to 6 people.
Do I get better value with annual cover?
It’s definitely a great way to keep on top of your travel costs. Annual travel insurance may be the best solution as it can work out cheaper for you – what’s not to like? Plus, kids go FREE!
Buying an annual policy means that you don’t need to purchase insurance every time you travel. It’s one less thing to think about!
Can you help us with lounge access if our flight’s delayed?
You’re all packed up and ready to fly, and then...delays hit. There’s no need to get flustered - if your flight’s delayed for two hours or more, you’ll still have something to smile about. Our customers and up to four fellow passengers can enjoy FREE lounge access at over 500 airports worldwide.
Most have WiFi – perfect if you’re lost without Whatsapp. You’ll also be able to grab a tasty snack, and a cold drink.
Happily, we live in a child-friendly age, and lots of airport lounges welcome children. It’s always good to plan in advance, though. We’d advise you to check your airport lounges admit kids before you leave. Our terms and conditions and FAQ section can tell you everything you need to know.
What happens if we decide to extend our trip?
Lucky you - enjoy your extra-long break! Your cover can normally be extended as long as you contact us before the insurance expires, and as long as you’ve made no claims.
Will you reimburse us for missing bags and lost passports?

If a passport gets lost or stolen, we may be able to pay for an emergency replacement passport, and any travel and accommodation expenses.
Will you pay for childcare-related costs, such as getting a babysitter if we go out for a meal?
If you decide to enjoy a night out with your partner, fantastic – we hope that you have a brilliant time! Childcare is something you’d have to arrange yourself, including finding a trusted sitter and payment.
Are under 18s insured for sports such as kayaking and horse riding?
